The Housing Bailout Has PassedHow is the bail out going to impact your business? No More Down Payment Assistance Programs for FHA loansLet me say that one more time:No More Down Payment Assistance Programs for FHA loans
And there is more, the minimal down payment required on FHA loans is now 3.5% that is up from 3% which really means it's up from 0% because you no longer have DPA (Down Payment Assistance) which would normally be used to cover your 3% Down Payment.
As of October 1, 2008 you will no longer have access to DPA.It just so happens that I have prepared for this moment by forming the relationships to get my clients DPA before the cut off. I never bite of more than I can chew so once my plate is full I will stop taking on new clients. As you all know, I love to help my Realtors, even you guys that don't send me any business, you know who are. JJLike I was saying the cut off is coming fast and I am set up to get a large number of clients done in a short period of time. If you want to get you client DPA before the cut make sure to contact me.
