How the Mortgage Rate Notifier Works:

  • Fill out the form on the bottom of this page.
  • Make sure to put your desired target interest rate in the question section of the form.
  • Your information will be reviewed to make sure your goal is realistic.
  • You will be contacted for verification and prequalification purposes.
  • Then you sit and wait, should your target be attained you will get a notification for you to confirm or decline.
  • Should you confirm you will receive a Good Faith Estimate.
  • Once you OK the GFE (Good Faith Estimate) your file will be locked and your loan will be processed and underwritten.
