What makes us different and why use us for your commercial financing needs?

The answer is simple, because of the uncertainty of the economy many banks will not touch certain commercial transactions in the current financial climate regardless of the low risk. 

"Why?" you may ask yourself

Currently US banks are "Over Leveraged" this means that they were loaning money that did not belong to them, in a sense you could say they were borrowing money at a low interest rate in order to lend that money to others charging a higher rate therefore making a spread/profit margin.  This is a problem because these same lenders where bundling residential mortgages together and selling them as mortgage backed securities to be sold on the secondary market.  These securities did not perform and as a result the "$700 Billion" bail out happened.  Well, this bailout applies to mainly residential mortgages not to commercial loans (with some exceptions).  This is why at the current time many companies are having or will have big issues when they can not refinance their loans when they come due.

The Solution

I can not guarantee that I can help every company or business that comes my way.  But, if it can be done I will find a way.  This is how:  I am a Broker with strong ties to both Public portfolio lenders and Private investors.  The entities that I get my funds from are not worried about selling their loans on the secondary market.  As a result they were not hit with the big loses associated with mortgage backed securities defaulting.  Every loan we do is fair, if your situation makes sense and we can show limited risk I will find the funds you need to accomplish your goal.
